How does pricing work?

It's simple. Compete-At retains a small percentage of each entry fee and send the rest to your club twice a month. Through this partnership, clubs receive a 20% discount on all convenience fees. Example: You are running an event and charge $50 for an entry per team. Compete-At would retain a convenience fee (processing fee) of $2.00 and distribute the rest back to you.

Who uses Compete-At's Event Manager?
Everyone from the smallest clubs to the National Governing Bodies of olympic sports. Regardless of size, every event and every size club can benefit from a streamlined process to manage online registrations and entries.

Do I need to pay to sign-up?

No, you can put your credit card away. There is no cost to use Event Manager until you start accepting registrations for a live event. We encourage you to demo the system.

We've used other systems in the past, why should we change?
Event Manager offers more features for less. Most online registration websites are little more than glorified cash registers that take a high percentage of your entry fees. Activate your account to see the difference for yourself.

We want to customize our club/event registration website but do not have a designer. Is this an easy task with Event Manager?
It's easy to customize your website by choosing from a predefined theme for archery clubs and changing the navigation color with just a click. Additionally, a single uploaded graphic is all it takes to really customize and brand your website.

After I set up my account, can I grant other people access to help me manage the event?
Yes. Event Manager allows you to invite other club admin users and grant them access.

Can I install this on my own server?
We only offer a SaaS solution (Software as a Service). We host and maintain everything so you don't have to be burdened with the infrastructure and maintenance costs.

Can you help me set up my first event?
Yes we can, but we encourage everyone to start with the quick start guides. Event Manager is simple to use and you can test your own registration event website over and over again before going live. For more complex events, one of our in-house event management experts can help you at no additional cost.

How much time is saved by migrating from paper-based entries to online entries?
On average, you can expect a reduction of about 40% in the time allocated to manage entries.

We run a series of weekly events, can Event Manager handle this type of event?
Absolutely. The flexibility of the system allows you to accomplish this in multiple ways. You can set up one event and have registrants choose the week or weeks they want to participate during signup. OR, you could create a single event and then "clone" it for each week and simply change the dates.

Can I manage other events or just my club's archery events?

Yes. In addition to managing your archery events, you can also use Event Manager for to accept online registrations for training seminars, camps, social events, etc.

Can I export financial reports for accounting?

Yes. You can export detailed reports as well as set up a budget for your event and compare against the actuals in realtime.
